Product Description
The trackless transfer cart features a high-strength steel plate welded structure (steel profile splicing type), offering excellent overall rigidity and load-bearing capacity. The cart body mainly consists of the following parts:
Frame Structure: Utilizing a high-quality welded steel frame, it boasts strong anti-deformation capabilities and can bear loads ranging from 5 to over 100 tons.
Drive System: Equipped with a high-performance DC motor and reducer combination, and cast steel wheels with strong traction, ensuring smooth operation.
Steering System: Employing multi-wheel independent drive or optional omnidirectional Mecanum wheel design, it enables various driving modes including forward, backward, lateral movement, and stationary rotation.
Power System: Depending on requirements, it can be powered by rechargeable batteries or lithium batteries, supporting long-term continuous operation.
Control System: Equipped with wireless remote control and automatic navigation control, it allows for manual/automatic dual-mode switching; some models support laser navigation or magnetic strip navigation.
Safety System: Features audible and visual alarms, obstacle avoidance radar, and emergency stop buttons to ensure safe and reliable operation.
